Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Korenti app and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

Description of Service

Korenti provides a mobile application and platform that enables users to:

• Locate and access electric vehicle charging stations
• Initiate, monitor, and complete charging sessions
• Process payments for charging services via third-party processors
• Track charging history and usage analytics
• Receive notifications and updates about charging sessions

User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account and:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent where required
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify Korenti immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Services for illegal activities
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Sharing account credentials or impersonating others
• Using the Services to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code or data

Charging Services and Payments

Charging Sessions

• Charging availability and pricing are determined by the station operator
• You are responsible for properly connecting your vehicle and following station instructions
• Sessions may be interrupted or terminated due to safety, maintenance, or technical issues

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; Korenti does not store full card numbers
• You must provide valid payment information and remain responsible for charges to your account
• Disputed charges should be reported to us within 30 days for investigation
• Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services (including the app design, logos, content, and software) are owned or licensed by Korenti. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and share data.

Disclaimers and Limitations

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korenti disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of charging station data
• Compatibility with all vehicles, chargers, or devices is not guaranteed

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korenti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including vehicle damage, loss of data, or lost profits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms other users or our business. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Korenti is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
